表紙は、和紙に似たマットな紙質で、青いインクで染めたような深みのある美しい青です。
背表紙はオレンジ色の布貼りです。
タイではこのノートに線を引いて、売れたモノの名前や金額、品番などを手書きで記入するような古いやり方で記録をつける店もあります。
紙の上の角にページ番号が印刷されています。A4サイズを伸ばしたような大判のノートです。
