ロシア語が描かれた古い鉄の看板です。
1960年代、ソビエト社会主義共和国連邦の時代のモノです。

塗りムラのある赤い鉄板に、手書きで白い文字が入っています。
日本人にとっては見慣れないロシア文字。
おそらく工場などでの標語や注意喚起のフレーズが書かれています。
社会主義の時代のちょっと堅い雰囲気が伝わります。
あまり重くないので、プッシュピンやマグネットでも取り付けられます。

　直訳すると「低電圧」「電圧低下」「電圧不足」という意味です。設備機械などの標識だったとすれば「電圧不足で正常に作動しません、危険があります」のような意味でしょうか。
