イタリアの業務用のプレートです。

普通だけど、普通じゃない。ディテールがとても良いのです。
生地の厚み、リムの幅とその立ち上がる角度、磁器らしい白。持った時の重さ。良い商品だけが自然と醸し出す雰囲気があります。

イタリアのトラットリアやバールで、何十年も当たり前のように使われてきた業務用のプレート。なんでもない顔をして、でも何を盛っても様になります。
個人的に20年以上使い続けています。ほぼ毎日。

デザートプレートについて
デザートやサラダ、ちょっとしたおかずやライス用のお皿として。用途が広く、使い勝手の良い大きさです。最初に揃えるサイズとしておすすめです。
