本物のアメリカの古い地図をPVCで挟み成型したペンケースです。
ヴィンテージ もしくは、デッドストックの地図を使用しています。
使用した地図によって図柄が異なり、同じものはありません。
サイズに対する地図の縮尺が絶妙で、個性的なデザインですが上品な雰囲気があります。
カチッとした硬いプラスチックではなく、昔のセルロイドのような弾性のあるプラスチックです。
くすんだ色味と、角にアールのついた形が1960〜70年代の文房具のような雰囲気です。
お気に入りのペンや消しゴム入れて、デスクの横に置いて使うと良さそうです。
仕事の合間に、ついつい地名や道路を眺めてしまいます。

＊紙製の地図をPVCの板で挟んで成型しています。角の部分は紙が引っ張られて破れることがあり、そのまま成型されている箇所があります。（ケース自体が割れているわけではありません。）
